Why can I gift data

I can't send data to my crew... Why? It won't load.

    Hi @Roselyne P.
    You can gift only the data from the current month and to a member with a data plan
    You cannot gift data rolled over, received data, data from a bonus or a perks

    Hello Roselyne P.,
    After making the necessary verifications into our tools we noticed that you are not having any data included in your base plan therefore this is why it is not working to send or receive data.
    In order to be able to send data to other members, you need to have data included in the plan, as mentioned here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work 
    As you were already informed by one of our users, it is not working to gift data coming from perks or upgrades. 
    In case you wish to send in the future, you can change your plan by accessing My plans- Manage plans- Change my plan and the modifications will be effective at the starting of the next payment cycle.
