@Whizz could you please shed some light on progress of work on merging and separating the plans? It's been 5 years already since we heard from Fizz: "we are working on it..."

Other providers have these options for decades.

Separate them should be straight forward if you don’t want to export part of the points
However merging them after having had the possibility to use the referral credit is a bit unfair and it can also used to play the system, you can always give the user to manage your plan if you want

I am not talking about the points/refferal bonuses here 😉. The main point it it should be transparent for users to separate and merge accounts/plans.

Yes, I got it, but it shouldn't be a "valid reason" to not implement these basic things during more than 5 years.

Sorry if my reply to that post came across as annoying, I felt it was written as a provocation, and I felt the needs to share my point of view. I'm not here just to say “I agree” in order to get my 3 points, like in Monopoly when you pass “Go.”

To conclude, Fizz is the one losing out by not allowing plan transfers between accounts. When my children want to become independent, they'll simply create a new account, switch the plan to another provider for a few hours, then move it back, and we'll get 2 × $25 at least since we cannot do in a different way. And Yes I agree that should be one of the important feature that after 5 years must be present.

    Hello @Andrei_ref_R7VK1 ,

At this time, it is not possible to merge or separate plans within Fizz accounts. Should this functionality become available in the future, we will make sure to communicate the update publicly through our official channels.
I invite you to consult our FAQ too for more details:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/it-possible-transfer-my-plan-another-account
Thank you for your kind understanding.
    Have a nice day!
