Unfortunately, even though I didn’t want to, I’ll have to part ways with Fizz.
I’ll also have to transfer my 3 phones and internet.
This support does not meet even the most basic requirements.
There’s no ticketing system for the issue, no accessible history.
Every time in chat, you have to explain everything from the beginning, endlessly.
This is not support—it’s a mockery of people’s time.
They always start from the beginning, and it’s the same thing endlessly—you start to feel like an idiot.
And here in the forum, they keep closing the threads—even though I asked them not to until the issue is resolved.
Awful.
