Reactivation of my phone plan

Hi !

I reactivated my phone number after some issue with my payment method. Everything worked out and the payment went trough but my phone plan is still not reactivated. I know there is a delay of 2h but it’s been more than 24h as of one. I tried to contact the custmee service trough message but i’m not getting any answers other then the robot that do not understand my issue. Is there anything i can do other then just wait my confirmation email ? Thank you in advance everyone

    Yes on the guide they saying at most 2 hours, however, did you check if your plan is active from your account? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue

    If you didn't receive the confirmation email it seems that your payment wasn't processed yet.

    Try to put the phone in airplane modem for t least 2 minutes to see if this will force the registration

    When you chat, you need to ask for an agent in order to bypass the robot, sometimes twice
