so odd Fizz Perk, first activated Perk didnt work ,and I activate second one

right now , my account showed there is 10gb (PERK) is activated , but I can't use my data.
then I have to activated another Perk ,then it showed I have 20gb
and my phone can use data now.
but, my worry is if there is something wrong in my first Perk, when I used my second Perk ,then I will still no data... I very worried about this
what happened in my account ...why Fizz's perk is so odd?

    Did you try rebooting or toggling airplane mode after activating the first perk?

    Most probably there is a delay in the activation; usually, the perks are activated immediately.
