No internet after lightning storm and NO ONE IN ANSWERING ON CHAT
Looks like whole building was taken out. "Rob" said it would be transferring to an agent, and then nothing. No info how long I'll have to wait, nothing, and it has been more than 20 minutes now.
None of our modems have any lights, not even power ones, and normal troubleshooting like unplugging, replugging was done.
Considering my neighbours are in the same boat, something got fried somewhere and no one is answering the chat, so I can't even report the issue.
