Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I verified your account, and I can see that your plan was not reactivated yet. Normally, this should have been done in about two hours.
However, it appears that a technical issue has affected the reactivation. Because of that, I escalated a ticket to our technical department. They will investigate the situation and provide more details via email as soon as possible.
You can view the status of your ticket in your Fizz account under My settings > My tickets.
