Why can't we change our mobile plan!? This is ridiculous

I m changing mobile provider. This is bullshit

I verified your account and I can see that the option to change your plan is available. You can do this from your account under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan.

If the page is not loading properly, please try again using an incognito/private browser window.
Also, I noticed that your plan was recently suspended and reactivated. It is possible that this is what was stopping the change. While a plan is suspended, it cannot be modified.We appreciate your understanding in this situation.

You cannot change the plan the 6 days before your next billing cycle this is the rule https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan, this period is called Freezing period by Fizz0 -
Not sure what exactly you mean. You can switch your Fizz plan at any time except the four and a half days before your billing cycle ends. Which is not that unreasonable to ensure a streamlined process for paying your monthly plan without having to issue extra payments or refunds. Fizz is a no-frills operator after all.

Fizz is a prepay system and there is a 108-hour freeze period.
Changes must be made before the frost period so that they take effect afterwards.

I've been with many other providers and I'd say Fizz is the easiest customizable with their plans. You can change the plan any time except within 5 days before the next billing starts
