Accidently selected E-sim. How to switch to Sim card?

Hello,
I purchased a new plan and selected an E-sim only to realize my phone doesn't have that. So went and purchased a physical sim. However, when I go to activate my code on the 'my plan' page it automatically goes to E-sim and I can't find where to switch the selection.
I looked up prvs FAQ and saw this :Go under My plans > Manage plan > Change SIM card to start but the Change SIM option does not appear on my page.
Any help?

I'd try to contact customer support as soon as possible, either via online chat in your account or Whatsapp.

If you didn’t port a number from an other provider you can repeat the activation
