I verified your Fizz account, and I cannot find any transaction with the amount specified.
As elena code xzi4t mentioned, the amount is similar to the one you are charged for a Fizz modem if you don't return it. However, there is no internet plan on your Fizz account. If you had an internet plan with us on a different account, please make sure you return the modem.
