Thanks, if I understand:
Buy the new phone, access Fizz trough Wifi, change Sim in Manage my plan.
All can this be done in the Apple Store in the US?0 -
Go into your fizz account and press activate SIM. Then, you can activate an ESIM and switch to that from your previous physical SIM.

Hello @Boomer9 ,
Thank you for your question.
To answer it, yes, you can now change your physical sim card, or existing e-SIM, to another eSIM.
To make the change, please log in into your Fizz account > My plans > Manage plan > Change my sim. You will be asked to enter the details of a payment method associated with your mobile plan. The idea is to validate your identity as the owner of the plan. You will not be billed for any amount.
Scan the QR code and install your eSIM within 30 minutes of ordering. Once installed on your phone, do NOT delete your eSIM - after 30 minutes, your QR code will expire, and you won’t be able to install your eSIM. You’ll have to start over with a new eSIM.Once your request to change your SIM is submitted, a 30-minute delay is set for security reasons before your new SIM is officially activated. After 30 minutes after the request is submitted, you cna test the line using the instructions here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
If you need further assistance, out agents are at your disposal and you can get in contact with us here: https://fizz.ca/en/support
Have a good one,
