plan + internet connection

Hello, I have two questions:
1- Can I speed up the switch to a new plan?
2- I have a modem, but the internet connection drops significantly from one room to another. What should I do? Should I add a second modem?

    Hi,
    1. At Fizz, plan changes (such as an increase in mobile data or internet speed) usually take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

    1. Center your Fizz modem/router in the middle of the house at 3 or 4 feet off the ground if possible, or consider using an external router that provides better coverage. There are also signal boosters available.

    This Fizz modem has weak wifi signal. You can use your own router or extend wifi.
