I have done speed tests at various times of the day and the results always vary.

    Hello @Suds,

Thank you for letting us know about this.

I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector and your modem signals appear to be optimal.

For any Wi-Fi related issues, the first step is to ensure you have run a network scan at home. You can do this from the Fizz Wi-Fi application under the Tools and support section.

After the scan is completed, you will receive more information about your Wi-Fi network and might help you identify what is causing the issues.

If this doesn't help, I recommend contacting us from the support page for further assistance. You can do that here: https://fizz.ca/en/support

    Have a good one!

Unplug the modem for a few minutes and plug it back in.
If the problem persists, contact support to check if your signal is compliant.
