Beware bait & switch when changing plans...
I have 30/10 for $35. I saw a price of 100/30 for $39, so I took it. They billed me $45 instead. I think the $39 was based $45 minus $6 worth of perks. Other forums seem to agree.
Fizz refuses to cancel the change in plans(even though it isn't effective for a few days), nor honor $39. Now if I go back the rate will be $39 for 30/10... instead of the $35 I already had.
Service was pretty bad too... took several rounds of misunderstandings to get to the point where they just said too bad, so sad.

I don’t know about internet, but for mobile plans it is pretty clear, I change my plans frequently as per my needs and available perks. It will allow to change the plans till 5 days before the billing cycle. And it freezes for 5 days and once the new month starts we can change as per our needs from next billing cycle.

Fizz should mention that when changing internet plans, the prices include the $2 bonus. Their prices are really misleading!!!

Update: They want screen caps of the price, which I can't provide, because they lock the account for days while changes are pending. I can only check after when I'm already paying the $45 and my current plan is gone.

Update. See this example of the issue on their site. The same mobile plan I JUST CHANGED TO at $28 is advertised at $25 now... but really it's just $28 minus $3 for my perks.

@Whizz please take a look. It's not the first time when users mention the price descripancy. Nothing has been done to correct this, so I guess this was done intentionally. These dirty tricks will lead to users' frustration and eventually they will unsubscribe.

Hello @Kmar ,
I’d like to clarify that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. The final billing amount, which includes taxes, will depend on your region and will be shown with the applicable taxes added at the time of payment.
When you have upgrades applied to your account, the prices shown both in your account and on the website will already reflect any rebates. You can verify the fees on our Fizz.ca website and it your account at My plans, and rebates by visiting > My Benefizz > My Rewards within your account.
If you encounter an error when trying to change your plan, it’s usually because the plan change cannot be made either due to no available changes ( when the you see your exact plan offered at a lower rate - this might mean that you have that plan already, however, you see the offer on the site with the rebate applied ) or because you are within the freeze period. The freeze period lasts 108 hours at the end of your billing cycle, during which no plan changes are permitted - you can see more about this here: https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy
The fee displayed on the website and in your account already includes rebates, so it’s important to check the fees carefully.I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our agents cannot cancel the order during this freeze period, and your current plan will take effect starting June 19th. You can try to change your plan again after the new cycle begins, and if the old plan is still offered, you may select it then.
Our agents remain at your disposal for any further questions. Please feel free to contact us here: https://fizz.ca/en/support
Please, do not hesitate to contact our agents if you need further clarifications.
Thank you for understanding.
Have a good one,
