Not getting credit for months as a fizz customer.

DINOSAUR BADGE
I received my badge for 1 month with fizz NOV 2024.
Which means Oct 2024 I signed up. That would mean I should be at 8 months today.
However my badge only shows the first month points and what looks like 1 month in the progress of the 6 month badge.
The only reason I can think may be because I changed my plan?
BUT THAT DOESN’T AND SHOULDN'T CHANGE MY LOYALTY POINTS STILL BEING A FIZZ MEMBER.

I had a similar issue, had a ticket open for over 6 months with no progress. Eventually talked to CS again and they applied the badge and points manually. No idea how many other points I missed.

I had same issue twice, then opened a ticket and resolved in 2 days.
