    Hello Shubh_Scooby,

HD calling provides a larger frequency range, helping to deliver clearer sound and diminish background noise on calls. Depending on your phone model you should be able to see the marking if your phone supports VoLTE and if you have a VoLTE Sim card.

Since I see that you have them in your account, everything should be just fine, so you should have no issues with the calls and their quality.

If you do encounter any issues, I suggest checking with our team on chat for further investigations while also checking the following link beforehand : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why

    Thank you for understanding!
    Have a good one,

Oh interesting! Well, suppose when you are calling someone, it shows HD symbol, correct? But, with this feature (automatic) you can see HD+ symbol while calling, its more clear & crispier calls, between 2 Fizz users!

HD+ voice on mobile enhances call quality, offering clearer and more precise audio.

    Fizz have this ?

It's not new. For me HD+ calling started to work around 2 years ago when I switched to a VoLTE phone. In order to benefit from it both parties should have VoLTE phones.

I haven't heard about it until now, but I think clearer phone calls should already have been a thing in this day and age.
