How do I get to use the Chat function on the site?

I discovered after a while that it is best to use the chat when we need support or information for the account part of the site. And it is best to contact Whizz when we need help about something on the forum part of Fizz (then use the little envelope at the right top of the forum's pages).I also noticed that the chat stays open a few days when we used it. Then we can just go on with that one. you start a new one when the old one disappear. I hope it will be useful for you. Bye
