This is very strange, are you using the original app for the SMS? the RCS is using the data

Are you using Google Messages?
Can you check if you have Chat features enabled?
Did you try to reset the network settings? Remember this will reset the wifi and Bluetooth settings too0 -

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your RCS.
As the other users already suggested, in order for this option to work, you need to have a mobile plan including text messaging and access to mobile data or Wi-Fi, a compatible phone on Android version 5.0 or higher and an updated Google Messages application.

After verifying your Fizz account we noticed that the mobile plan is not having text messages included therefore this is why it is not working.
If you wish to use this service, you can change your plan in order to include texts, by accessing My plans- Manage plans-Change my plan and the changes will be applied at the starting of your next payment cycle or you can purchase an Add on for texts with immediate effect.
To buy the Add on you can go to My plans- Add ons.

I noticed that was also a ticket created for the technical department for this situation and you were informed that we are not blocking the access from our side, since this feature is offered by Google.
After adding the texts to your plan it should work properly.
