A lot of users on reddit and other forums reported major outages all across Ontario and Quebec with different operators.

Mine was disconnected for about an hour.

    I don't believe there was a breakdown or I wasn't on it when it happened.

    Probably this was for the B... company which had a major outage

    A breakdown caused by a software update and does not concern Fizz in any way.

    This post was from yesterday, your problem seems to be different.
    Did you try to turn off the modem for couples of minutes?

    Hello to everyone involved in this post.

    I tried to check a few of your accounts but I found quite a few of view that have no Internet plan with FIzz, atleast on these accounts.

    If anyone has any issue related to the Fizz internet service, I advise everyone to reboot their modems and check the lights as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do

    Also if the issues persist, I advise you to reach our customer service on chat for further investigations.
