Refund after using Fizz Mobile only for 2 days?

Dear Fizz Mobility Experts,

I changed from Bell to Fizz 2 days ago. After using Fizz for 2 days, I changed from Fizz to Public Mobile because I really needed 5G+ coverage.

In this case, how do I cancel the Fizz $34 mobility plan without being charged? I believe Fizz has 15 days trial period. Plus I also used up my referral code.

I will recommend Fizz to my parents because all they need is 4G and they mainly stay in Toronto.

Thanks!

Kevin

    Hello @KevinL,

Thank you for letting us know about this.

I want to inform you that you can qualify for the full refund under the trial period as long as you unsubscribe in the first 15 days after activation and you don't use more than 50% of your mobile data.

You can find more information on this topic here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe

I verified your account, and I can see that the transfer request to a different provider was already initiated. However, I can see that your plan is still active which means the transfer was not completed yet.

If you have any questions about the process, you can contact us on our live chat and we will assist you accordingly. You can do that here: https://fizz.ca/en/support

    Have a good one!

If you transfert the number, the plan will be closed automatically and after couples of days you will receive your refund, if you didn’t use more than 50% of your plan and this should be the only plan on your account

Keep your plan active until your number is transferred to the new provider.

In order to get a refund you need to unsubscribe in the first 15 days and you should not use more than 50% of your plan.

If this is the case, you will get a refund, this it can take a week to see on your statement.
