Issue converting existing sim to esim
Already contacted support and submitted a ticket for it, wondering if someone had the same experience?

Fizz cannot transfer current number to an eSIM, but you could port a non-fizz number to an eSIM.

That's no longer accurate, they introduced e-sim transfers on existing plans a few days ago.

Transfer esim on existing plans just came out, maybe still has some issues. You need to contact https://fizz.ca/en/support
