Quebec user - Can't recharge my wallet + Add-on 60 mins usage question

Hi everyone,
I'm a new Fizz user from Quebec and I have two questions I hope someone can help with:
I tried to top up my wallet from my Fizz account, but it seems like the option to add money is missing or unavailable. Is this feature not supported for Quebec users? If so, is there any workaround?
I recently purchased the 60-minute add-on. I'd like to confirm: does this add-on only cover outgoing calls, or does it also include incoming calls?

I am glad to hear the you managed to find the wallet option on your Fizz account.
Please note that all of your incoming and outgoing calls are billed by the minute.

I saw in the comments that you mentioned you would also like to be refunded for the money you have in your wallet therefore I have made you a request for that as well.
You will be able to see the refund on your Fizz account under My settings>Transaction history and on your credit card in the next working days depending on your bank.

When I just tried it from my Ontario plan, there was a green "Add Funds" button right under where it shows the current credit in big letters. Previous posts here in the forum claimed that the wallet is available only in Québec and Ontario, but that should then of course include you.

It would apply to both outgoing calls made from and to as well as incoming calls received in your plan's designated coverage area. As you pay for airtime, not just for making outgoing calls.

Thanks very much, I found where is the wallet now.
and BTW could I refund the money I charged into my wallet ?
for example , I charged $10 into my wallet at first , after few month ,there is still $5 left in my wallet,could I get it back?

tksYes, you can be refunded the money added to your wallet. You need to contact customer service for this: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-my-wallet-and-how-do-i-use-it#3

You may ask for a refund now by writing a ticket or you can wait until you close your account. At this moment, you will receive a refund automaticaly on your credit card. You may put as low as 1$ in your wallet.
