Still not getting most points

I haven't been getting most points and badges,
Every time I comment within 5 minutes on new posts I only get 3 points.
I Also don't receive any bonus (50 points) for best answers.
After I didn't receive my 1 month badge I contacted customer support, which awarded it manually and opened a ticket.
That ticket was closed after 3 months without any progress, I reopened it, contacted CS again, and again- got the generic "we're still working on it" reply.
Since then two more months have passed and there's no change.
I'm missing a lot of points and my 6 months badge.
