Canada-wide... but not in British Columbia?
I thought with Canada-wide I wouldn't have to, but I bought an Add-On anyways. Still doesn't work.
I can send text messages and use my mobile data no issue, it is only the calling that does not work.
I saw the coverage map is sparse in BC, but I am in the green zones so I can't understand why I am having this issue.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

There was a post from another Québec-based Fizzer not being able to make outgoing calls to out-of-province destinations. There could be general issue at the moment where the Fizz system is not recognizing the "Canada-wide" feature of your customers' cell plans which may or may not be limited to Québec plans.
Ultimate solution can only be support or a Whizz, but if you need a way to make calls now, try to add $1 or so to your Fizz wallet and see if your calls go through then. Keep your first call under a minute and check if your wallet was charged. If not, great, immediate problem resolved. If so, you have to decide if it is worth it, haggling with the Fizz support later to get your money back for any calls you make.
By the way, in terms of Add-ons, you would require a Travel add-on. The regular ones would only cover calls from Québec to other provinces and not the other way around.

Hi, try airplane mode and remove this for change connection of your phone or reboot phone. Check if you phone is automatic mode for network.

Verifying your account, I noticed that your coverage is Quebec, and also you have bought an Add-On for International calls which allows you to make calls from your coverage area (Quebec) to Canada wide.
In order to be able to make calls while you are in British Colombia, you have to buy a Travel Add-On. It can be bought from your Fizz account, under My plans, Manage, Travel Add-Ons.
Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.
