Travel Add-Ons

Hi. I'm visiting Vienna, AT and Istanbul, TR for a few weeks. Is a Travel Add-on for each country? If so, do I need to purchase 2 add-ons or 1 would cover both cities? THX in advance for your reply!

    You have to ask https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/contact-us or @Whizz.
    From the website, there is no way to know anymore since the zone information on travel add-ons was removed. A few weeks ago, a travel add-on from one Western European country worked in others. However, whether that extends to Türkiye, is anybody's guess.

    Thank you very much for your response. I've been reading many confusing and conflicting info on the net. I just hope my phone will work both countries. For other people, I'll post my experience with Fizz's Travel Add-ons once I return home to TO.
