Fizz Community Hub User Guidelines update

Hello everyone,

We have updated our guidelines regarding discussions where a user mentions another provider in a comment or post.

Our goal is to improve clarity on this matter so that we receive only relevant reports while fostering a constructive and respectful community discussion.

We have added the following clarification under" What not to do in the Fizz Community Hub?" Point 5 :

  1. Discussions About Other Service Providers
    • Fizz welcomes open discussions about mobile and internet services, including fact-based comparisons. However, to maintain a constructive and respectful community, please adhere to the following guidelines:
      • ✅ Allowed
        Sharing personal experiences with Fizz services.
        Providing factual, objective comparisons without promoting or endorsing other providers.
        Asking and answering questions about how Fizz services work.
      • 🚫 Not Allowed:
        Advertising, promoting, or recommending other service providers.
        Making negative or disparaging remarks about Fizz or any other company.
        Posting misleading, exaggerated, or subjective comparisons that do not contribute constructively to the discussion.

We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining a positive community.

    Hi, I am new to FiZZ and would like to share my comments on the problem that I went through in the past days. It was important that I keep the same phone number, so I want to comment my appreciation for the systematic way that Andreea went about solving the problem. Just to mention not to use a phone connected to Magic Jack to check the connection while transfering a phone number from another provider. Thank you again
