Data usage report only contains "Destination number"

Hello,

I'm trying to get my call history and the data contained in the Data usage report is great, but incomplete.

All good for outgoing calls.

For incoming calls, the "Destination number" is always set to the associated plan phone number. Therefore, it is impossible to know from which phone number the incoming call came from.

Would it be possible to either add the "Source number" column to the PDF, or to set the phone number column to the non-plan phone number?

Thanks!

- Frank

this is probably something to contact support to ask/suggest. likely not something that will happen anytime soon even if they do intend to add the function

    Hello @alexanderluo10890 ,

To check your history go to My plans - Manage - Data usage report.

Here you can find more details : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-view-my-usage

Regarding your suggestion @franknarf8 , I don`t think this will be implemented also - if you need to know the details specifically regarding incoming calls, you can always send an e-mail to our chief of security as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/privacy-policy

    Thank you for your understandig.
