I'm having intermittent internet issues, happens every couple of days, but worse today.

Not wifi related, also happens with ethernet.
Tried Fizz chat, but didn't help.
Tried rebotting my router/modem didn't help.

Using "ping" lots of dropped connections.

Anything I can do?
Anyone else having an issue in Montreal (i'm in Cote St-Luc area)?

    Hello @skyriser,

Thank you for letting us know about this.

I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector. Also, I can see some small signal fluctuations in the history but most of the time the signals are optimal.

Please check if the coaxial cable is properly connected at both ends. Also, check if it's damaged along the way.

If there are no issues with the connection, I recommend restoring your modem to factory settings. In order to do this, press the modem’s reset button for 10-20 seconds using a small, sharp object.

Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it. The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.

Have your signal checked by the support to validate that it complies with the standards
