SMS take time to receive but send instantly.

SMS take time to receive but send instantly. I haven't changed anything in my setup or settings. It's been 3 days now that this issue has been happening. When I restart the phone, the SMS come in within the next 5-10 minutes which is strange. Fizz chat-line hasn't found a solid solution yet. Anythoughts? I'm on Doogee V20 Android 11 or 12 I think.

    I'd suggest check permissions for the SMS app, make sure nothing relevant is blocked and it's not restricted by data saver or battery saver, then reboot and test again.

    Have you this problem with all provider ?

    SMS, try with RCS ?

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your account and it appears that a ticket was raised to check what`s happening but the dates that you provided are not very recent, and we need you to test the SMS service once again ( try to ask someone to send you some message and note the date and hour of the said messages ).
