I can’t answer direct calls

In my forfeit, I didn’t add data calls, but I still do have money in the wallet. However, I can’t receive direct calls. Has it already happened to someone?

Can you give us more information? Is the phone ringing?
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Are you using the phone in a coverage zone?
What phone are you using?
Are you able to make a call?
Did you try the SIM in a different phone?
