cannot access voicemail, number not in service?

Trying to access my voicemail and I am getting the number is not in service? The number I have is 1-514-647-0999. Everythong was working a day ago, anyone have any suggestions?

    I just tried it and it works, maybe you should restart your cell phone.

    @Whizz replied to another person who had the same issue as you. In their reply, @Whizz said,

    I just tried it and it works, maybe you should restart your cell phone.

    We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with accessing your Voicemail. 
    As the other users suggested already, please contact the online customer service again in order to receive assistance for this matter. 
    To do that, you can access this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support and one of the agents will gladly help you as they are available at any hour.
    Since the restart did not work, in the meantime you can try as well to reinsert the SIM card in order to allow it to reconfigure to the network.
