Voicemail Number "Not In Service"?

I tried calling 1-514-647-0999 from a non-fizz phone and it also receives "Not in Service"

    It seems a problem with Fizz
    You should contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support

    @Whizz can you please check, I tried with a not fizz phone and is ringing but no answer

    I can confirm that. The number is not service, first in French and then in English. Called from a Canadian VoIP carrier.
    Same when calling it from an overseas Tier 1 carrier. Same also from Rogers Wireless SIM. It seems that the voicemail service is completely unreachable from outside the Fizz network.

    Indeed, the number is not working outside of Fizz.
