Can't watch On Demand content

I can watch live TV, but when I try to view On Demand content, I get an error message:

"You must be connected to your Fizz Home Internet network to view this content."

I am connected to my Fizz home Internet network.

I get the same error on my Chromecast and my iPhone. In both cases, I'm using wifi via my Fizz Internet service.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    I am able to watch, I tried start academic,les indefendable pas example.

    Did you try to reboot the device, in the iPhone can you try to disable the LTE
    You can also try to clear the cache of the app to see if it will make any difference

    If you are using a VPN, turn it off!

    Possible disabled VPN.
    Empty cache of Apps.
    Reboot device.
