Can't watch On Demand content
I can watch live TV, but when I try to view On Demand content, I get an error message:
"You must be connected to your Fizz Home Internet network to view this content."
I am connected to my Fizz home Internet network.
I get the same error on my Chromecast and my iPhone. In both cases, I'm using wifi via my Fizz Internet service.
Any help would be much appreciated.

As other users also mentioned, could you please make sure that the app is updated and that you are connected to internet? Also, deactivate the VPN if you are using one and if the issue persists, please reinstall the app and try again. I am able to watch, I tried start academic,les indefendable pas example.Did you try to reboot the device, in the iPhone can you try to disable the LTE

If you are using a VPN, turn it off!

Possible disabled VPN.
Empty cache of Apps.
Reboot device.
