Some callers getting "Not in Service" message when calling my number

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help or offer insight.
Some people — especially businesses or VOIP-based systems — are getting a message that my number is “not in service” when they try to call me. The number works fine for most other callers, and I can make outgoing calls and texts with no issue.
I suspect this might be a call routing issue, or possibly a porting issue if my number wasn’t properly updated across all carrier networks (I did switch to Fizz recently and brought my number with me).
Has anyone experienced this before?
I'd really appreciate any advice or help from Fizz staff or fellow users. I'm also reaching out to Fizz support directly, but figured I'd check here too in case others have dealt with this.

I read a similar problem couple of weeks ago, I don't know if it was you
Can you point out a specific person which as this problem, if this is the case give the exact time to the support and they will be able to push the investigation

Since you say some people so reach you, I wouldn't think it's a porting issue. You should contact Fizz service through the app or WhatsApp for support.
