Problem Buying a New Phone with Full Payment

I have tried to buy a new phone since last Thursday. I wanted to pay in full and reached the payment page. However, it was stuck on that page. It was so strange that it required me to input credit card info even though I have my payment setup on my account.

I have contacted support and the ticket has been escalated. So far, there is no resolution. It's so frustrated and most likely I need to go somewhere else.

Just wondering if anyone runs into a similar issue. Thanks.

    Have you tried with a different browser or using a different device. At this point it's better to check with customer support though

    I have tried different devices with different browsers. I can tell from the Developer Tools of the browser that there are errors. I have told them everything that I have found.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I sent you an e-mail just a few moments ago, we will need an HAR file that basically monitors the network traficking on your side when you are doing the operation.
