I've purchased add on several times but haven't get the points from that

and my badge is not changed in my progress section under my benefizz.

somebody answer me?

  Hi @fizzydizzy

  Sometimes the system doesn't attribute the badges automatically, and to solve it you need to open a ticket, you should go to My settings → Resolve an issue
