Why Fizz uses Planete Courrier and not a reliable company?

One more cheap way of providing service chosen by Fizz. There are so many better company to use for shipping SIMs and phones but no, Fizz wanted to show us that if you want to be a customer you need nerves of steel. Planete courrier has no idea about what means to provide a good and reliable service.

Hey Fizz, you are not a cheap company so why does it feel you are really cheap.

Didn’t have issue to receive a phone when I’m there. But I’d you miss the delivery and need to deal with them, it seems complicated. My girlfriend ask to pick the package at their office but the package was in a truck to delivery it even if she ask to go there.

To avoid problem, be there when they delivered or it can be a nightmare.
