My internet shuts down almost every day, is super unstable. We work from home here, and this is now costing us wages and we are unable to get anyone from customer service to help us. Can someone connect us to the technical service?

    Hi @Frectozhae

Did you try the normal troubleshooting

    • Turn off the modem unplugging both devices from power, wait for about 5 minutes, then plug them back in. This can often resolve connectivity issues
    • Factory reset of the modem
    • Change the power outlet
    • Did you check if your modem is overheating? Sometime member put a modem in a place where the modem can overheat
    • contact the support to have the signal checked https://fizz.ca/en/support

Ask support to check your signal to validate if it complies with the standards https://fizz.ca/en/support

    Hello Frectozhae ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

I verified your account and it looks like there`s a maintenance on the network grid in your area.

While I understand that the situation is not pleasant, our team is doing their best to re-establish the connection in your area, as I just invite you to wait and reboot the modem by unplugging it from the power outlet every few hours as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do to check if the service has been properly restored.

What I can also advise you is to just check with the Fizz customer service : https://fizz.ca/en/support from time to time to see if the situation has been resolved, as that`s the easiest way to reach our team specifically ( other users won`t know what`s happening in your area on the forum )

Thank you for your understanding and have a good one,
