Did you try the normal troubleshooting
- Turn off the modem unplugging both devices from power, wait for about 5 minutes, then plug them back in. This can often resolve connectivity issues
- Factory reset of the modem
- Change the power outlet
- Did you check if your modem is overheating? Sometime member put a modem in a place where the modem can overheat
- contact the support to have the signal checked

What I can also advise you is to just check with the Fizz customer service : https://fizz.ca/en/support from time to time to see if the situation has been resolved, as that`s the easiest way to reach our team specifically ( other users won`t know what`s happening in your area on the forum )
