modem broken

my modem stopped working, no lights, nothing. needs to be replaced asap!!!

Hi, Please make sure the modem is connected directly to an electrical wall outlet, and you are not using an extension cord for the modem's connection.
Try the modem in another electrical outlet?

Did you try to connect to a different electric socket?
If this doesn’t help, please contact the support

If you tried everything, you have to contact customer service to have it replaced since we are only users here.
