Multiple invoice with the same date in Transaction History

Hi everyone, I was wondering if this is a known bug or something. I noticed that in my Transaction History there are multiple invoice dated the same for the same mobile line. I don't have anything on my credit card because I'm paying through my referral bonus credit and it seems it's not getting more money than it's supposed to from there. However all the invoices have different number so they appear to be different transaction. If it shouldn't happen I'm gonna contact Fizz support right away. Here a picture to show what I'm talking about.

Yes, it happened to me as well. Contacted support, they opened several tickets calling it a "display issue". I tried to explain them that this is a major bug and not just a "display issue", but looks like I am talking to a wall.

Just to provide an update:
Chat agent checked and told me everything seems fine but I had him open a ticket anyway to check my referral balance and remove the extra useless invoice. BTW, I did some math by adding all the amounts used to cover charges that appear on the invoice and the sum corresponds to the total of my referral bonus used. They only differ of 1 month which could be due to my payment coming up in 3 days and already charged on my balance. I will keep you posted on the development but I can assure your that all those multiple charges on the referral balance are fake (except one for now 😅)

Our technical team has investigated the situation and informed us that this was a glitch in our system that caused two invoices to generate. Rest assured you were not charged two times.If you are still worried, then you can contact us in private and we will escalate an individual ticket to be verified by the technical team, however they have already assured us that it was just a glitch that had no financial impact.
We appreciate your understanding in this situation.

They are not charging the balance credit from referrals nor the credit card. Do you confirm that?

As Fizz refused to refund me I opened a case with CCTS.

I understand… you can check the referral balance stated on each single invoice. In my case, it seems more like a random number tho 😅

Oh wow that is crazy so I guess a double charge on your credit card… Did the issue have been solved now?

From my refferal bonuses. It was clearly visible in transaction history: amount used, date, time, transaction ID, etc. Their so called "technical team" just deleted the duplicated transactions 🤦🏼♂️ without much investigation. So check all your transactions thoroughly and take screenshots.

I understand. In my case however, the remaining balance in the multiple invoice is not decreasing so it seems they generated multiple invoices from the same transaction for some reason. I'm currently confirming this with support

My referral balance is the same for all three months; therefore, it doesn't make any sense. It seems they take the last one for the year.

Sometimes it increases even if I didn't receive any new referral bonus. I think that number doesn't mean anything. That's why I'm trying to clarify it with CS

For me, that number doesn't make any sense and is illogical. I cannot track my referrals since I don't see all of them, and the total amount used from my referrals doesn’t seem logical. Please keep us informed of any updates with CS.

It seems that there is a problem with the updates on all levels: referral bonuses, points, etc.
