I have to ask for some help with data again!

I’ve been talking with fizz online agent, and clearly, they don’t change the plan as I requested, until the new cycle. So whoever requested for a plan change and not approved by the system, you will realize it when the new cycle kicks in. And after talking with them, you probably have to wait for the next cycle for the change. At least that’s what I experienced. Anyway, my case was just as simple as I requested for a change of plan (before the freeze time), got the email confirmation, waited until the new cycle but found no change to the plan, chatted with them and was told that I cancelled the request after I created it (I did not), agent then created a ticket, I had a follow-up chat and found out that the change will only be applied at the new cycle.
Could I ask for help with some data to survive until March 26? Thanks a lot! My code is 2771I (capital i at the end)
