Hello @angelo123,
Thank you for letting us know about this.
I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector and your modem signals appear to be optimal. Please make sure that the Ethernet cable you are using is not damaged. If you can, please test your connection using a different cab
Also, please check if the coaxial cable is properly screwed at both ends or if it is damaged in any way.
After that, reboot your modem by unplugging the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem, make sure all the lights on the modem are off; wait thirty (30) seconds, plug your modem back into the electrical outlet and expect a three minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
You can find more information on this topic here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-not-working-its-slow-or-it-cuts-what-do-i-do
I invite you to contact back if you still encounter issues after completing these steps. You can do that by sending a private message or directly from the support page here: https://fizz.ca/en/support
Have a good one!

Hi @angelo123
When did you install the modem? It seems that you never activate it
If this is not case, did you try to reset it?
Find the small, recessed reset button on the back of your Fizz modem
Using a paperclip or similar object to press the reset button.
Hold for 10 Seconds
Wait for RestartReconfigure it like you did the first time
If nothing help, contact the support they will further investigate your problem

How are you testing the speed?
You should disable firewalls/antivirus and VPNs for the duration of the test.
