My Internet service stopped suddenly at 8:40 am this morning (Area Montreal-Nord)

The modem is currently offline
No damage to the modem cable or coaxial plug
Modem connected directly to the wall outlet
No other coaxial socket at home, no router
No changes at all in my side.
Lights on:
Power
Down
And 5G
Rest of the lights are off
Troubleshooting:
Restarted modem
Unplugged power and coaxial cable from the modem, waited 3 minutes
Reconnected the modem, same situation, the modem continues to be in offline status.
Please help.

    I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector, but your modem signals are not optimal.

    Also, your modem appears to be online at the moment, but I can see it was offline earlier.
