Cannot log in into Fizz TV after changing my login info

Hello. I recently lost access to my email, so I had to change my log-in information. I had to provide documents to Fizz tech support so they could make the changes on their side. After that was successfully changed, I was not able to log into my Fizz TV app neither on my iPhone, nor on my iPad. It accepts my log-in info and starts loading, but instead of logging me in, it shows the log-in page again and again and again. I informed tech support, and they opened a ticket. That was two days ago. I could continue watching TV on my Insignia TV app, but yesterday, it logged me off as well. Now it is asking me to activate it, which I successfully do, but all I see is the page with the activation code on my screen. It has been this way for hours. So I pay for the service, but I cannot use it. It seems to be related to my email change, like it was not synchronized all the way throughout their servers or smth. Has anyone else faced the same issue? Will Fizz compensate me for the days that I was left without service?
