Cannot log in into Fizz TV after changing my login info
Hello. I recently lost access to my email, so I had to change my log-in information. I had to provide documents to Fizz tech support so they could make the changes on their side. After that was successfully changed, I was not able to log into my Fizz TV app neither on my iPhone, nor on my iPad. It accepts my log-in info and starts loading, but instead of logging me in, it shows the log-in page again and again and again. I informed tech support, and they opened a ticket. That was two days ago. I could continue watching TV on my Insignia TV app, but yesterday, it logged me off as well. Now it is asking me to activate it, which I successfully do, but all I see is the page with the activation code on my screen. It has been this way for hours. So I pay for the service, but I cannot use it. It seems to be related to my email change, like it was not synchronized all the way throughout their servers or smth. Has anyone else faced the same issue? Will Fizz compensate me for the days that I was left without service?

Read your service agreement most probably you can apply the rule that they will refund % for each day

Maybe cache data, try to erase cache or uninstall - reinstall app and log in?

This is what tech support told me to do. Did this multiple times on all devices (uninstall - reinstall apps), nothing helped.

If you can log in the forum, your log-in information already updated. Can you login your tv app with a new device?

I currently live alone and have no one to borrow a device from to try. I only have my three devices to access Fizz TV: my iPhone, iPad, and Insignia TV. None of them work. Yes, I can access my account on my computer, and I can access the forum. But not TV.

They have had my ticket open since Thursday, and no solution in sight. Last update on the progress was two days ago ("We are pursuing our efforts"), and they are taking their weekend off, I guess. It is just shocking that it is taking them this long to solve a simple issue! 🤦🏻♀️
