What are the Fizz apps?What app you are talking about?
If you are talking about the icon to access your plan, that it is not a real app, but a shortcut to the web page

No you're not alone, but there are very few of us. There used to be one, it was removed and their advice was to replace it by a short cut to the site. Then for a short while it was possible to add an app again when logging on the site, but it did not last long, and now we can't see it in the app store.

It was not an app but the shortcut to point to the web page, they remove the option to do it directly, but you can still create the shortcut (same result) PWA
