Italian Channels on Fizz

Hi all, does anyone have experience with RAI and TLN on Fizz TV service? How is it?
Would my grandmother find the implementation easy to navigate? She's currently watching these channels on Videotron's Illico service.

  For me is working ok, the resolution is from 480 to 720p
