  Are you trying to replace the SIM?

  This is to prove that you are the right person, you should hide the numbers at the exception to the last 4.

  You should give the copy of the credit card associated with your plan, and delete all the numbers at the exception to the last four

  I did give the last 3 digits of my credit it was still not enough
