For our customers who subscribed during the BETA testing period:
The BETA testing period for Fizz TV has ended, and our introductory prices are now displayed on our website. The BETA rate will eventually end when all features are available. Until then, you can continue to enjoy your BETA price privilege as long as you keep your current TV plan. However, if you decide to change your plan, the new rates will apply. An email will be sent to you at least 60 days in advance when the BETA price privilege ends.

If you have any questions or comments, we are here to help.

Have a great day!

I'm hesitant and unsure if I want to buy this due to the fact that the Fizz TV app isn't supported on Samsung TV yet :(

I get that, but that's an additional cost when I already have a Samsung smart TV.

Thanks for sharing this update about the Fizz TV plans! It's great to see Fizz continuing to develop their TV service.

The ability to upgrade and add channels is definitely a welcome feature. The process seems straightforward too - just a few clicks in your account and you're all set with new channels immediately.

It's interesting to note that downgrading (removing channels) isn't available through self-service yet. I appreciate the transparency about this feature still being in development, and at least there's the option to contact customer service if someone needs to switch to a smaller plan.

For those who joined during the BETA period, that's important information about the pricing. The 60-day notice before any BETA price changes is fair, and it's good that existing customers can keep their current rates as long as they don't change plans.

Has anyone here tried upgrading their TV plan with this new feature yet? I'd be curious to hear about your experience with the process.

I'm not a tv customer and I'm not a tv watcher that much but it's nice for Fizz to try and explore new markets! Keep it up, Fizz!
